Do you take custom orders?
I do, however custom orders can take longer to complete than others, so please be patient. Anything you can send to me for color or design ideas is welcomed. Please keep in mind if I feel that I cannot accomplish your request I may have to turn down your order. Don't hesitate to ask.

I just placed an order, how long until I can expect it to arrive?
Normally orders are processed within 48 hours from the time payment is received and shipped within 3-5 business days depending on work load. Special orders / requests will take longer. All items are inspected and packaged with care. If you are in a rush, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Why should I buy only kiln annealed items?
Glass has to be heated to a molten state before it can be manipulated into a piece of art. If the piece is allowed to cool at room temperature (or below its strain point) then the exterior of the glass cools at a faster rate than the interior creating a form of internal tension referred to as “stress”. Although stressed glass looks the same to the naked eye as annealed glass, it is neither as strong nor as stable and can be subject to breakage at any point. No one wants to put energy into making glass items only to have it break later on. But do remember that these items are still made of glass and do need to be treated as such.

Colors?
Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Again, these are custom hand made products and are one of a kind items. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation from your computer screen will be acceptable.
Slight variations might also occur between shipments from our suppliers. These run to run lot variations are common to the manufacturing process, and within industry tolerances. They are not defects. Due to these variations we recommend that when you want identical products and colors to match, you should order them at the same time. Again these are one of a kind hand crafted products and not manufactured in a plant.

The Fine Print?
I stand behind my work and if it fails you in any way, please don’t hesitate to let me know so I can remake it, or give you a refund (this does not include abuse of the item). If you have purchased insurance and any damage occurs in shipping, please let me know at once and I will do whatever I can to make things right. We carefully package every item, and while we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition, I cannot be responsible for damage caused in transit unless you have purchased insurance.

Wholesale Pricing?
My artwork is sold on a per client basis, and I charge what I need for it. That means that my prices are wholesale all ready, and I have not included a markup that would allow me to mark them "down".
All my products are handmade that I sell, there is no such thing as a "production line" like in a production factory, where it's cheaper if you make a whole bunch of the same thing. I have no machines to set up. It's just me, my torch, and my glass. Thank you for understanding.

My Studio?
My studio is a private studio and not open to the public. However if you want a tour of the studio or wish to purchase and item or drop off ashes for a personal item please call or email me to schedule a date and time. Please keep in mind that I'm usually teaching and there is nobody to help you while I teach. My students find it not acceptable for me to disregard them as they have paid for my time.
